This time though when he stumbled from the chamber something felt…off. Even with the world around him spinning crazily he could tell it was different somehow, and for a moment he wondered if he’d actually managed to get back to his own correct time. “How long was I gone for?”

“You didn’t really go anywhere, the whole thing just kinda flashed for a bit.” Serin’s eyes widened as Arval exited the chamber. “I uh, I think there might have been some side effects.”
