Buying commercial rights IS COMPLETELY OPTIONAL, like you do not have to buy them unless you really want to use the character to sell a product, in like a video game, comic, a brand, or something you will be selling that includes the character. You can use the character you bought for your artwork, a sona, and anything you are curious about you can ask! Also if you change your mind and want to purchase commercial rights later,,, YOU CAN!
