So, uh, gods. What do I say about this?

Well, the original thought for this was based off the response to that art dump I did back in December. As I kinda figured would happen, C'mon, then! Get up! was most popular. But what surprised me was just how many people liked Too Easy~. Not to pretend I'm pulling huge numbers here. I just wasn't expecting much of any of the art I put out there. The fact that multiple of the pieces I put out broke 5 favorites is honestly kinda exciting. Like, wow, people like my art! Anyways, I'm rambling.

So, yeah, people liked Too Easy~, and, so, like, I made the remark about how Aura would look nice with a shiny belt around xyr waist. And, well, people liked that piece...I dunno. Maybe xe would look pretty good with that shiny belt... So, I gave xem a shiny belt.

The thing is, I drew this, like, a month ago. Why am I only just now posting it? Well, you see, on this day, 6 years ago, I made my FurAffinity account and posted my first piece! And, so, I figured posting this on that anniversary would be a nice way to commemorate that. I mean, my first piece here was Beaten, but not quite broken. That piece was a vent piece I drew about my struggles with depression. Six years later, I'm...well...doing well! It took more than 20 mg of escitalopram to deal with, yeah. It took years of therapy. It took years to figure out that I'm actually bipolar. It took years to work out the right combination of medicines to deal with that. (Lithium and lurasidone, in case you're curious.) But here I am. I've done it. I've won. And, well, in a way, this feels like a nice little way to celebrate that, huh?
