Day 150 - March 3rd, 2741

Fuck me, I should've seen this coming. I reported to the station as I've done every day prior. But as I stepped into the station, police drew their guns and forced me into a different part of the building.

Inside was the wielder, another C3. I was petrified in that moment. She gave me her designation, C3-2740-40, and asked me for mine. Reluctantly, I gave it. She spoke to a coms device to check my record, she looked confused when the voice on the line told her I was a defective unit. She stared me down, and the firey glow of her eyes intensified until she quickly turned away. After a moment of silence, she asked if I knew of any other wielders. I could feel my heart sink with that question, I said no, but 40 saw through it. She grabbed at my collar, where she then took notice of Lily's pendant. She demanded once more that I tell her. And once more, I refused.

She stepped back, and without hesitation, she ordered the police who still had me at gunpoint to arrest me. I thought I was done for, until I remembered that Eltyrian device. Not knowing what it did, but having faith this was the purpose I had it, I quickly activated it, but not before the police opened fire. One bullet was stopped by my chest piece, but the other ripped through my left shoulder.

A greenish energy pulse came out of the device, it knocked everyone to the ground, and entirely paralyzed 40. In the confusion I ran as fast as I could.

I ran, and I ran. Pursued by every armed guard and officer shooting to kill. Out of options, I went underground. Thankfully, I managed to lose my pursuers. But I got lost in this maze as a result.

The people down here look like walking corpses, barely hanging on to life. Those that weren't were armed to the teeth, eying me down. I don't know if I can trust anyone down here, so keep my distance. But to get out of here and escape the Foundry, I might need help. Then find 40, I must've been sent here for a reason.
