Here's the captain of Tiger Shark Pirates - Lord Kiros.

Kiros is a notorious criminal and a formidable pirate captain who rules over a hidden underground world, kidnapping people from above to turn into his slaves to constructing his own kingdom.

He leads his pirate crew to steals the food, money, weapons and other things they want.

And they even paid them with the fake gemstones, who are created by the Gemstone Pearl. With it, Kiros is doing as he pleases to do whatever it takes to conquering the Kingdom of Atlantis too.

He is quite sadistic and enjoyed frightening his victims before killing them.

Devoted and passionate, Kiros was looking forward to defeat King Ryujin and becomes the king of Atlantis.

Ultimately, Kiros's limited sensory abilities were his downfall, as Aqua has defeated him after she tosses him to his empire which was demolished by Ryujin's old friend named Kuraokami (Kurao for short).

But he's not crushed to his death, but was buried under the rubble, and was imprisoned in the Prison Tower.

Unlike Arlong and Hody Jones from One Piece, he's either not interested in, don't care about humans or want his revenge against them. What he wants is to rule over Grand Line and New World's oceans with his greed and power.
