Neutran - is a special rare Pokemon. This Pokemon can be obtained with a probability of 0.005% when crossing a Plusle with a Minun.
The resulting Pokemon cannot generate electricity on its own, but it can absorb electricity. This Pokemon is 99.9% likely to be infertile, and those who escaped this fate are only 5% likely to be able to produce offspring in the form of a Neutran, provided that both parents are Neutrans. In other cases, if only one parent is a Neutran, then there is a 100% chance that all offspring will belong to the species that was not a Neutran (if one parent Neutran and other parent Plusle, then all offspring will believe to Plusle).
But nevertheless, this Pokemon has its own abilities:
Attack: Electric discharge (discharge absorbed by electricity), electromagnetic fist and scream of electricity (Pokemon rattles its fur to create powerful static electricity)
Protection: Absorption of electricity and neutral charged ball.
This Pokemon is artificially bred by scientists for the sake of experimenting with electricity. This Pokemon is a good guide and energy generator.
