This is literally my kobold in my current Pathfinder campaign. The GM has decided that each major villain has an introduction song, and it's diegetic. We cannot interrupt, but I started having my guy load up a force bomb shot as a reaction for as soon as the song ends.
...if I had a nickel for every time a JRPG villain (I was personally aware of) had a character design consisting of fullbody armor and an ominous looking masked helmet with a wide hat and dangly things coming off of the hat I'd have two dimes.
Which isn't much, but it's weird it's happened twice (even if both games were Squaresoft/Square-Enix).
