This is an Earth Pony character designed by  Drasill of an eccentric Earth Pony who has a very different idea of how Equestria should be run. If only he had time to do it.

Pullus Publicus (or "PP" to a mare who he can't admit he cherishes as much as she drives him up a wall) is the older of two stallions from Vesta Domesticus and Galloping Princeps. His younger brother, can't say little brother, is somehow larger than even the Princesses.

Pullus ended up as a diaper pony beause one of his talents...and downsides...is oratory skill. He spent too much time trying to debate the merits of stall training that he never devoted any time to toileting. Not too much of a downside as his mom doesn't mind changing his hindquarters, even out in broad daylight just after he groans "Momivs!" (as he speaks Latin and there's no "v" in the Roman alphabet). This talent also makes him irritating to the matriarchy of Equestria. Why? He claims that the matriarchy causes most of the harmony troubles in Equestria requiring the non-reigning ponies to address their shortcomings and Equestria is better under a Senate.

Glassy kind of saw him as a rival at school but he never really paid her mind (and somepony had to point out to Glassy that he wasn't really paying attention to her challenges). His teachers generally appreciated his academic talents but had to carefully limit his debates...and Chocolate Pudding. Chocolate Pudding is the polar opposite of his ideal somepony (who'd be a Vestal Virgin) and does everything in her power to annoy him - he can't even have a Triumph without her insisting that she holds his laurel crown. She smirks and snorts when she calls him "PP" as she finds it infinitely entertaining and butters him up with bread and honey. Outwardly it irritates him but he really has a crush on her; she is his opposite but there's something in that he actually likes. Perhaps is that she doesn't really have a rigid, regimented routine and is very much a "just do it" pony.
