In short, renewed lease rent increase + not seemingly applying said lease = more to owe. I'm going to fix this first thing in the morning (office closed on weekends), but in the meantime I want to be ready and have extra just in case. Rent increased a bit but not by the amount is showing (like over $200 more).

Thank you all for all your help. As for streaming, my sleep schedule has been wonky so while I can't promise a stream tonight (3/2), I'll definitely do one tomorrow (3/3).
