FINALLY going to get around to make ALL of my Street Soul pals (and rivals) their reference sheets! This is going to be one of my earliest goals in 2025 hands down!

So where better to start than the iconic balloonie rudie herself? Puff Plum! I figured she'd be real easy to draw though I still took a stupid amount of time perfecting her design. Also you might've noticed that she no longer has a watch! This is because even though Jet Set Radio Future's characters all had watches on them with a few exceptions, it'd be pretty unecessary to give every character a watch in Street Soul and it also makes the designs more complicated which I want to avoid and instead hit that same sweet design spot that Jet Set Radio Future holds in my heart.

I know that the style of the characters here isn't exactly as slender-bodied and semi-realistically proportioned as the Jet Set Radio Future characters in the few bits of artwork for the game, but I think that's ok since this more simplified version of JSRF's artstyle that I use as my main artstyle is pretty dang good in and of itself!

Oh, and there'll also be a second ref sheet detailing her overall character and charm too!
