I just couldn't stop watching it the other day for some reason, and so I had to get it out of my system some... alternative way xD And since I've been focusing on my good old Epsilonian project again lately at last, the choice was obvious x)

The five suspects are three canon characters and two minor fan-characters of mine, the victim is my main fan-character, Flare, and Dr. I.Q. Hi is conducting the interrogation. The brother of hers they're talking about is this guy, Wallis.

Why do I find this parallel funny anyway? Well, there is some context behind this: when I first started, and I mean just started working on this "Duck Dodgers" related project back in the autumn of 2012, and I was still an edgy teenager - I seriously considered having Wallis killed off at the end of the story, since he wasn't nearly as important of a character back then as he became later. I cancelled that idea almost immediately after a month or so, but looking back on it now it's so cringe-worthy that it's actually funny x'D So this whole thing is also a kind of trolling of my younger self, like: is that what you wanted, you edgy silly teen girl, you?... Welp, I think my younger self would still be thrilled to see something like this though, she was nowhere near as picky as the current me is now :'D

But back to the sketches....

Of course, Dodgers (number 1), Marvin (number 2) or a random Centurion (number 3) are not the murderers - they were on OK terms with Flare and Wallis from the start (and later even better), so the reason why they are here is because I.Q. Hi suspects them himself maybe? xD They've done some other shit in the past, after all.
And the other two... damn me, I definitely didn't mean to introduce them like that, in such a far from canonical plot :'> But it turned out the way it did.
Anyway, the first one (number 4) is Laura, Flare's aunt. I really don't want to spoil all the major details about her now, I'll have to do a proper fullart for that purpose someday, but if I have to explain it briefly: she's far from a good guy, she hated her younger brother Latour (Flare's father, who looks kinda like a male version of Laura) and later abandoned her orphaned niece, when she was still a toddler, to fly away from their home planet and join the space pirates. One of her arms was lost in some battle and replaced with a laser sword. These two never saw each other since then, in the canonical story anyway. So she's naturally not happy to be involved in this right now xd
And the other one (number 5) doesn't really have an official name, in the story I called him the "criminal leopard" or just "leopard". This black leopard was the final obstacle for the now-adult Flare and Wallis, who had to pass their final ultimate trial: find and disarm a gang of the most dangerous Epsilonian criminals before they could prove that they were skilled enough to go to the Solar System to fulfill their mission there. And if the others did not resist too much, this leopard was the most ferocious. Even though the duo managed to defeat him, obviously, he still beat them pretty badly before that. So here, in this non-canon thing, he found a way to avenge his defeat, I guess? :'> However, despite his ferosity, he is still an LT based toon character... and no toon can resist their personal Broadway moment, am I right? xD

Also while I was drawing these five suspects, I started thinking about what each of them might have been thinking at the very beginning, so here we are...
Dodgers: "Geesh, this is the third time in a row I've been blamed for someone's sibling's death." (if you know, you know ☠️)
Marvin: "... Why do I always end up in situations like this?"
Centurion: "Of course, sure, blame it all on the robots!"
Laura: "It's been around three decades, why can't I still get rid of this little shit and her problems?!" (auntie of the year, isn't she? 💕🏆)
Leopard: "..."

And the entire conversation that happens between all the characters can be quoted almost word to word from that video. I'm too lazy to change anything anyway, you got the point as it is xD
