My very first work in this cyberpunk universe was a rendition of my wonderful friend Fiona
SkunknFriends looking over the city scape of Prospera. However since then we’ve both been hard at work with a fresh new look for the skunk. Introducing Fiona, the corpo exec clawing her way to the top. With her eyes set on money, status, power, and revenge. We catch her here securing a very high value "client."
Fiona, a skunk born from a highly wealthy family, lived in luxury in her early years. Servants, swimming pools, summer homes, and all the power that came with it. Much of her time was spent with her family in a corporate starscraper, above the common people. Her parents worked as high level leads in the cyberware manufacturing division of the worldwide megacorp LuxMachina, known for it’s services in corporate security, manufacturing, and banking.
Fiona went to school in the starscraper with other children with families working in LuxMachina, learning what it took to be a strong and valuable asset to the company. The skunk had a strong mind, passing each of her courses through her youth with flying colors. Her body, however, was not as well off. She had a weak heart, frail bone structure and had difficulty being mobile. Thanks to her family’s vast amount of wealth, they were able to keep her in a manageable condition, leading her to be able to make friends and enjoy her childhood.
Up to her adolescence, Fiona continued to soar through the corporate academy. Everything felt perfect! That was until it was discovered that one of her best friends had been found to be a corporate spy sent in from a rival company, the weapons tech company Aegis. LuxMachina was furious with her family for their disregard in keeping company secrets secure, publicly humiliating her parents by firing them and evicting them from their estate in the starscraper and ensuring that they had absolutely no future in the corporate world. They were forced to sell all of their assets and eventually lose their fortune.
It was this tragedy of loss that shaped Fiona’s goal to that of wealth, power, and to find who was her friend, and make them suffer for what they took away from her.
Fiona continued to finish her education with some of the little money that her family had remaining, and she was able to secure a position at a company called Industrial Aeronautica, a funding and acquisitions company that “helps” struggling businesses with providing them consulting services in exchange for stake in their company, or outright purchase struggling local businesses. What the public does not know, is this company is a farce, simply a web of subsidiaries and sister companies that all trail back to LuxMachina, who strategically sabotage smaller corps and local businesses to the point where they are desperate enough to seek such a company’s services.
The skunk proved overwhelmingly valuable in this position, helplessly leading downtrodden owners to a false sense of security as she fed them a lie. She’d tell them that they would still have say in the company, Aeronautica would just be the friendly face in the background to take away their money troubles. All while they had unknowingly become a tool for the constant struggle of corporate dominance in the whole world, let alone in just Prospera.
Fiona eventually worked her way up to executive status in Industrial Aeronautica, becoming the head of mergers and acquisitions. This lead to her being given a corporate apartment, and a fairly successful income. It was not enough, however. Fiona needed more. She worked harder, brought in more business. When that wasn’t enough, she started assisting with working the finance books and suddenly landed a few “generous bonuses.”
Eventually she saved enough money to start working on her body, the one thing that had been really holding her back from her potential. Fiona went to a prestigious hospital and had begun surgery to strengthen her muscles and bones with synthetic microscopic fibers. She also received cybernetic eyes and enhancements to her ears, as well as fully cybernetic arms and legs. She was a whole new woman, and felt stronger than ever! During her stay, she met a quite peculiar woman, a brown spotted rabbit who would not give her real name. Only an alias of Cookie. Apparently, she was a courier for a bio medical corp who suffered a bad accident that led to her legs needing to be replaced. They spent a lot of time together at the hospital. Despite their differences, they became fast friends! It was then that Fiona learned of Cookie’s old profession as a “runner,” a kind of mercenary that takes jobs for high sums of money. Perhaps this was a “side gig” that was worth looking into…

Ooooooo!!! Wooooowie!!! ^!^ She's looking so amazing! And evil! XD Hehe! The shading is PERFECT for setting. It creates a dark atmosphere for a dark and sinister character! And the greenish-gray that boarders Fiona and the darkness not only helps draw attention to her, but also adds a bit of a dark and stinky aura to the skunk! XD Hehe! The chair is fancy, but not too fancy, helping to signify her rank. The book a nod to her bookkeeping, love it. And the mandatory papers in front of her, when combined with her sinister looks, look like pieces of parchment or paper that have been used by a fiend to seal another's fate! Hehe!
Ah but then there's the zebra-skunk herself! Gotta admit, her hairstyle seems a bit unconventional for an executive, but she don't play by rules if they're not her own. But is it perfect for the runner look, hehe! ^!^ But that sinister smirk and the look in her eyes are so devilish, so perfect for her business side! As is the red of her shirt! Bright red contrasting with a dark blue, perfect combo for looking executive and like a powerful and sinister devil. I can actually see this color combo looking more inviting and friendly in the light, actually! Hehe! Perfect for her deceptive nature. Ah, but beneath it, on her fur, lies marks on her fur that suggest her true nature. Something vile underneath. Hehe. As do her nails! So sharp, devil red, and claw-like upon white glove-like hands that, due to their curl, look eager to grab a hold of your will and snatch it away! And the geometric plated look shows they're clearly mechanical, and weapons! Nice job hun-bun! ^!^ And finally, a lack of tail showing actually add more to her sinister look. Because a big, fluffy, snuggly skunky tail is so inviting and friendly. ^!^ But that's not exactly appropriate for this piece. XD
Ok, part 2: The story! XD
Looooooove it! ^!^ Hehe! So Fiona! Get grew up spoiled, but smart. Blind to the suffering of the world and the parasitic nature of the company that she was being raised into. Embracing it, letting it become a part of her, and ultimately letting it corrupt and warp her into a monster. And her weak body sadly played a part in this. Creating a growing hatred for it, 1 which would lead her to gleefully welcoming cybernetics that would grant her a sensation of power, her addiction. Oh but the cherry on top: The betrayal from the spy who ruined and humiliated her and her family. Rather than learning from the humility and being forced to connect with the common folk, her pride would drive her towards revenge! And wholly embracing the parasitic lifestyle of a corpo, and the corporation that once granted her luxury! Like a devil, bringing the foolish and the desperate into her clutches with the law while taking everything she could to grow in power, and thriving off of it all. And being willing to sell her own soul, so to speak, to cybernetics all for the sake of revenge and power. Truly a villainous backstory!
Oh, but she met, and befriended, the hero thanks to those cybernetics! Hehe! ^!^ Wonder if being a runner, and besties with a commoner that knows all to well the horrors that Fiona has been blind to her whole life, can open the skunk's eyes. ^!^ Cookie and Fiona are total opposites in origin and motivation and even more, but come together in friendship! Hehehe! Looooove it! ^!^

Thank you very much for the kind words and your ingesting of this work! Honestly I am very happy with it, I think it's one of my personal favorites.
Having the perspective be the person on the other side of the desk was intentional. The viewer is that prey caught in the trap, forced to sell their soul to the devil, while the devil smiles at them knowing she caught another helpless sucker.
You know it was quite funny I thought of you when I was deciding to put the tail in, ultimately I decided not to for that very reason. It would distract too much from the point of the dark space. My goal was to make Fiona scary, unsettling, cold and calculated. By the time you're in this room with her at the other side, it's too late. You've been consumed by the corporate beast. I also did enjoy playing with her typical color scheme a bit, red is the primary color of LuxMachina, so it made sense for her shirt and nails to be red.
As far as the origins go, much of that goes to the wonderful skunk herself for constructing those foundations. I merely put the words together up above with some dramatic flair.

You're super welcome, love! ^!^ 🦨💚🐇 Hehe. I think it might be one of mine too. I really poured my fanboi out here!
I totally got that right away because you absolutely nailed it! ^!^ Could even imagine the green flames in the bg!
Aawwww, hun. >/////< Hehe! Happy to help(?) XD And I agree! Well, I said it. XD Hehe. XD
Hehe, again, you NAILED it! ^!^ Usually I get sexy skunk vibes when looking at her, but not this time!
Ooo, it is? Heh, how fitting! XD
Hehe! ^!^ Fiona knows the elements of such a sinister character well, especially since she uses them all time. XD And you're not giving yourself enough credit, hun-bun. Teamwork makes the dream work, and you took the building blocks she gave you and built a masterpiece! ^!^

I love all the details here, as well as how its very clear that even those who rise in the corporate world and are at the lap of luxury are always just one mistake, one slipup away from being sent plummeting down. If they are lucky, if and only if, they'll land somewhere that isn't them splatting and smearing the sidewalk.
This lady sounds rather devious. Someone who could be quite interesting for Cookie to interact with. Though the thing I can't help but wonder...
If the chance came up to pick between saving, helping, or protecting her friend Cookie, and pursuing the one who took everything from her, which path would she take~?
The smile is absolutely sinister, and it almost comes across as being like, "I don't need to hide the truth from you. I don't even need to say it, because you know already, and you know how stuck you are. And there's not. a. single. thing. that you can do about it~"

Thank you very much! The corpo world is a scary place, in some ways more dangerous than even being a runner. At least as a runner you usually know who's gunning for you.
Doesn't she just, though? Certainly a personality that is just fit for the corporate world. Nearly an exact opposite of Cookie, and yet still they can't help but become friends!
The choice of her friend or her revenge. Now that is an interesting dilemma! Legitimately, I don't know which one she'd pick..
I'm very glad that the details were able to be picked up. I wanted her to be scary, that sense of glee when something is caught in her trap and she can finally feast. Get the shivers thinking about it ;p
