Title translation: in tickle forest.

The pic and title are both based on the issue "Im Märchenwald" of the German Mosaik comics. It means "in fairytale forest".

I'll try to explain it, but if you haven't read the comics it won't make much sense, I guess.

The girl is a side character, has no real name and is listed on the wiki as the girl with the red hat. She is this comics version of little red riding hood. Except she is barefoot, kicks wolves around and only gets the red hat at the end of the story/issue.

She is on her way to her grandma when the basket with foot she is carrying gets stolen. The thief later on also steals the elephant. In the end the elephant gives the thief a good beating. But since the stolen food is already gone, she is gifted the red hat as compensation.

The elephant is usually very grumpy and rude to most people. But he has a soft spot for children and gets very playful, almost like a puppy.

And in this pic the playful elephants is playing a tickle game with the cute barefoot girl with the red hat.
