I said I'd finally get it done...
Sadly, my network connection has not been terribly stable as of late, so I didn't feel up to recording my process with it, like I also promised at one point, and I didn't feel like highly detailingly shading it either... but this was an all-nighter, so take-it-or-leave-it.
honestly though, i do hope you enjoy this Fallout variation of Arly ^ ^
and yes, one might notice i flipped her from being an elf like on the scrap version, into her deer version...

also I've played the FlexibleSurvival game, which i think is a unique take on nuclear disaster... or whatever thats about... terribly frustrating game though, wouldn't suggest it unless you like the old text input rpg's...
so... yea, Arly decked in a stealth suit pants combo, with shock sword and a slave collar on... they stories she must have from the Wasteland.......

actually it makes me wonder... tempature isn't very clearly explained in the Fallout series... sure you can make some estimate that the desert regions (california, nevada, texas) are warmer than the northern reaches (colorado, maryland)... but what did the nuclear disaster do? is the planet warmer? is it colder? if so, by how much? is the planet nearly nuclear winter or will it eventually corrupt into a planet like Venus... the only time we go far enough north to see snow is in a simulation of the past...... maybe I'm over-analyzing...
ah yes, thats an old conspiracy theory i think... not sure how much truth is behind it, but its more the obvious that the Fallout series has used it a number of times, not just with the House character. In fact they're even going to add a few more with an upcoming DLC..... in the long run, you could also say Captain America has a simular inspiration.

actually when i first sketched her out before, i thought of this odd story to make up for her smaller breasts in the picture that anytime she got close to a heavily radiated area, she'd have a little swelling... a useful kind of radar mechanic, but rather handicapping in the end. xD
and yea, my stealth suit is kinda like a one-piece bathing suit with sleeves... more like a wetsuit really... could imagine she gets pretty hot inside though :P
