Well, meet Cinnamon Icing~!! <33 She loves baking sweets that involve cinnamon: like cinnamon rolls, cinnamon swirl bread, cinnamon twists, etc. Her magic is mainly used to help her with her baking/cooking. Many ponies flock to her bakery when she starts her daily batch of cinnamon sweets.

Like her name she is very sweet in nature and is very devoted to her work. She worries too much about every personal imperfection and is never satisfied with her own standards, so she sometimes comes off as a workaholic and a perfectionist.
