No.22 in the Cartoon Cuties line is the Poor Girl from the short Pink-A-Rella in the original 1969 Pink Panther cartoon. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OsdPDbh0RYE
Being one of two female characters to be the center of a Pink Panther Plot in the original cartoon run, the other being Super Granny (if memory serves me right).
In the Short (taking the Cinderella story as bases), Pink finds a magical wand dropped by a drunken witch and decides to use it for Good; soon he meets a young poor girl who just looked at a sign and longing to take part in a beauty contest to meet Pelvis Parsley (a Parody of Elvis Presley).
He transform her into a stunning beauty and drives her to the Pageant in a limo - in fact a magically converted broken down jalopy. As she competes, Pink is distracted by the Witch, who came back to claim her wand; The Girl comes to win the Pageant and she meets Parsley, who sets his eyes onto her becoming love at first sight, but with midnight approaching, the Girl and Pink high tail out of Pageant, with one of he slippers being drop off. Back at her place, everything returns backs to normal.
The next day, both are depressed and resound in defeat, when Parsley barges in and give the Girl's Slipper back, the two kiss and with the Power of Love, she once again becomes the dazzling beauty. After that The Girl and Parsley drive away with the former waving goodbye to Pink, thanking him for his help.
Pink gets into one more magical shenanigans when the Witch (again Drunk) drops the Wand and the two duke it out back and forth becoming many items, when he transforms her into a Pink Panthress (the first iteration of the character). Pink breaks the wand and the two fly away on the Witch's Broom.
