Jalapenos and chilli to heat up the mouth with a sour cream dip and crackers to cool it down again. Such counterpoints to create a colourful cuisine full of flavour from the kitchens of  starallon

Really when I set up this platter I hadn't thought about it looking like a face... wasn't commented on like that...

Then I looked at the photos I did of it... and was like.. It's a face!

The top is bacon wrapped Jalapenos

The Left sauce is a Spicy, Sweet and Tangy pepper sauce

The right sauce is a simple onion dip
8 oz Sour Cream
1 Tbsp Worstchire
1 Green onion sliced thin
2 Tbsp onion flakes
Combine above ingredients and chill for at least a few hours. Serve!

The bottom is well, assorted round buttery crackers! The purpose of the crackers and onion dip is to provide a cool counterpoint to the jalapenos and spicy sauce.
