Every year the dark around the eyes gets darker and there's somehow even LESS enthusiasm than last year.
One more year. This is going to sound horrible, but congrats! You made it!

I got WAAAY More exercise last year (doc's orders) and it made a big impact in my heath, mind and body. Last year was tough, but not my personal toughest ever. That odious distinction goes to the year that shall not be named. A few other years were fighting it out for second and third worst.
Nice thing is there ARE reprieves. Focus on the good days and try to set yourself up for success. MAKE it awesome!
