For future reference:
If ever you pay using PayPal and the artist sends you an invoice, you can sometimes make use of PayPal's method to pay in multiple parts, without any fees for both you and the recipient.
The artist receives the full sum right away, so it has no impact on their business (which is very important), while you pay the full amount divided by 4 parts every 30 days.
I've been using this system to pay commissions that are over 300€ with ease for the past 2 years
Just don't accumulate multiple plans at once, from learnt experience it's not a good idea D:

Just another thing, as I see you're participating in the ladder now, just be aware that sometimes it won't be available (not sure why).
Make sure also that your account allows the plan to be selected, it requires that you link your bank account directly to your PayPal.
Be financially ready to pay the full sum normally in case the option isn't available (I'm also saying this from experience)
