Yup, more old-school Lightning the Tornadow/Twister cudow*. There's even a Metal Lightning in there, for the hell of it (and lookie, there be one of him actually SPINNING and being a TORNADOW and stuff! Shock!)

*For the uninformed: Cuedows are alien, usually catlike creatures I've been futzing around with since I was 5. Lightning here, if you can't tell, was designed to coexist in the Sonic The Hedgehog canon. Which version, you ask? Any of them, though this pic gives tribute to the original Genesis-era games, hence title. Ironically, I was mostly a Nintendo girl growing up, as to this day the only Sega consoles I've ever owned are a Game Gear, Saturn (gift) and a Dreamcast I bought later in life...and still need games for besides Guilty Gear X. Alas.
