I can't really remember how this came about. What I do remember is that I was thinking, "Why are female goblins always portrayed as being vile, hideous things? Granted, goblins were not designed for beauty, but still, I want to see how it would look to make an attractive female goblin."
So, I got to drawing and looked around for inspiration. Which brought me to something rather odd, for me, at least.
Any girl that fits under the moniker "goblin" really doesn't look like a goblin. In fact, an apparently popular character known as the Goblin Queen is little more than a human. And even if they do have green skin, they have little else for someone to tell that they are a goblin aside from the fact that they're short and have an ever-so-slightly longer nose (and maybe an occasional wart).
For me, a goblin has to have a long nose and scarred ears, regardless of stature or skin complexion.
All you need to know, though, is that this is my interpretation of a female goblin. As for the guy on the right ... that's just your usual, unattractive, male goblin.
