:D Water effect was an experiment, so I'm glad to know I did it well. This is...the first time I have seriously done an underwater scene and tried to make it look like it was underwater. (I've done a few concept sketches of things, like Moana and Natii, but never something like this.)

The style is probably mostly simplified because it's harder to animate complicated styles. The main artist for the games can draw some pretty badass things like this when he wants to. XD

Holy.. Yeah, I forgot the movies are a lot more detailed and filled with epic badass than the cartoon was, BUT STILL YOUR ART IS TOTALLY AWESOME AND BADASS AND SHOULD BE SHOWCASED IN THE NATIONAL POKEMON MUSEUM IF IT EVER EXISTS.

Dear god, this is cute, and I am not at all an Oshawott fan. Good work with the water-light-reflection effects! I can never get that right, but you pulled it off perfectly.

I've never played that game, though it always looked vaguely interesting. XD What's it like?

it's about a dolphin who's searching for his pod. You have t swim through underwater caves and stuff, and since you're a mammal you have to breathe and can run out of air. I had it when I was a kid and it was actually kind of scary. The music is sometimes very creepy-ambient, and when you swim deeper in the ocean it gets darker, and not to mention everything's trying to kill you D:

But yeah, through his adventures, Ecco finds out that his pod was abducted by aliens so he has to go to Atlantis and activate an old time machine so he can go back to prehistoric times to get superpowers so he can infiltrate the alien ship and rescue his pod.

True story >.>
