Here's is the ref for Shade, the dragon demon that has been separated but remains linked to Shadow. His fur is a black with no other colorations. When Shade takes over, more spines grow along the muzzle and the back with the four original ones growing larger. The spines also take on a darker red coloration along with two horns that grow out near the ears. The markings on each side of the body remain the same but also take the same coloration of the spines and horns. Finally the whites of the eyes become the deepest black while the eye color itself turns into a red.
