Looks like you use the pencil tool. Easiest thing I see you use is the magic wand selection tool on the outside of the lineart and invert it. Then make a new layer under it it in with colour.

If you can't find all your tools, take a close look at your toolbox. If any tool has a little arrow on it, you can right-click and extra tools show up in a little menu.

Oh i wasnt sure how to use the mahic wand tool ^^; uhm what does inverting it do?

When you use it on the outside of the lineart, it selects the background around the lines. Inverting it make the space inside the lineart usable, instead of the background as long as it's selected.
