I hosted an art panel at the con.
The premise is you get 5 minutes to fill a square with your own drawing of a character you want other people to draw.

Then you pass the paper down and everyone gets 5 minutes to draw something based off your "reference".
It leaves everyone with a bunch of art and a very fun time trying to panicedly draw something in just 5 minutes haha
