From 1990 or '91. I tried to paint my impression of Highland Avenue near Franklin Street in Hollywood. This section of Highland was once home to an assortment of aging but colorful apartment buildings. Since then they have all been torn down and replaced with with cheezy luxury hotels. Scanned from a printer's proof.
