Ranger the Border Collie

Abilities: Bio-Static Manipulation, Static Electricity Manipulation, Electric Bomb Generation, Enhanced Speed, Enhanced Stealth and Enhanced Hearing.

Cybernetics: A metal skeleton made of lithium.

Bio: Ranger, one of J.C.’s brothers. He was born on a ranch until he was taken in by Kim the Wolf. Ranger is basically a peacekeeper and is shown to be pretty athletic since he was raised on a ranch. Due to his time there, Ranger is both a skilled hunter and runner. One day, Ranger found out that he had sensitive bones until John found a way to help him. He was given a metal skeleton made out of lithium. Surprisingly, Ranger found out that his metal skeleton allows him to create glass barriers and conduct static electricity due to a lithium ore that was the power source of his metal skeleton as well as granting him super speed. However, his new powers came at a cost. During a training session one day, Ranger started losing his eyesight. His eyes were originally dark brown until his family found out that he was suffering from blindness. He wore a black blindfold over his eyes ever since. Ironically, Ranger turned his curse into a blessing. Since he lost his eyesight, he’s been gaining supersonic hearing. He started taking on meditation from some monks, allowing himself to better understand his surroundings via echolocation. He even made a rifle out of lithium which allows him to fire blasts of electricity. Even though he may be blind, Ranger is shown to be a crack shot with his rifle and a skilled fighter, even without his eyesight. Most of the time, Ranger is shown to be very friendly and affectionate towards his family, but when it comes to keeping them safe, he won’t hesitate to fight back to keep himself and his loved ones safe. Some mobians call him “The Blind Rifleman”.
