the story goes like this, that gropebis and lilith lament played water buckets wars by throwing water buckets at each other but mischievous gropebis got himself a secret weapon he took his water hose from his back of his flipper and he turn it on. and he begin to chasing lilith lament all over the circus and it came to a screeching halt when lilith came face to face to a big wooden fence she got nowhere to run and she is standing there helpless and when gropebis came running to her with his water hose turn on he thought he had her. but unfortunately for him the water hose also came screeching halt when it has reached the end and it ends up recoiling and bouncing back and it and it causing gropebis to get tangled in it and he also got his butt stuck in a water bucket and the water hose is pointing up making him look like a water fountain and it got his hat also stuck on top of it. and groebis just laughing himself and saying "it is a living"
