I think I'm close to the point where I'll stop. I don't want to try to make it too complicated, given the time constraints, either. maybe a little bit of carving, polishing, then either more polishing, or another stage of carving, I think.
The final version will have a lot of polishing and waxing.
The joints on the middle finger hurt, probably this load on it is too much. Tendons and joints always need more time.
