I'm personally a fan of Virus types because I like their "ineffective attempt at being edgy" vibes, so I would suggest anyone from my top favorites, like Gazimon, DemiDevimon or Impmon.
But it might better serve your purposes to have a Virus, Vaccine and Data type for your three boys.

As far as which Rookie Digimon they'd have, I'm not clear on Morgan, but I'm thinking Biyomon for Parker.
As for Toma...? Whichever is the "most popular dinosaur" that is the face of the current arc.
