it's $10 and it's friggin adorable, and also the precursor to finally commissioning him sometime >:P
Playing balloon begins anew with Pikachu and Chikorita! The latter was bummed out about not being able to see the tummy grow into said balloon properly the last time, so Pika takes puffs nice and slow for some nice, gentle tending to as it gets bigger and bigger! Belly rubs feel much better when there's more belly to rub~
