Tired of fantasy stories having dragons playing nothing but fancy horses? Ferrying around the 'real' adventurers? Scales and Honor does none of that, we have a dragon main character with agency! We follow Veledar, a red, regal, handsome, egotistical dragon, whom has his precious treasure stolen by the nearby kingdom of sapient gryphons and humans! He won't take that laying down, no sir. Kidnapping the knight sent to whisk him away he starts to assemble a team to get what is his back! Along the way they will face numerous challenges both dangerous and threats to his pride! Teleporting spiders and possibly evil oracle dragonesses? Easy when you compare it to the horn snatching evils of banners! Maybe even along this adventure, Veledar might find even a greater treasure than the one he lost...

Scales and Honor has, Action, comedy, sapient gryphons, dragons (duh), lgbtq characters, and dashes of romance tossed in, cause what would a proper adventure be without that? (Hint, its the two male leads.) But don't worry if thats not your cup of tea, future books have some m/f romance in there for you. (With dragons as well.) While book 2+3 have NSFW versions (those chapters are left in.) The base books of 1-3 don't have any of those things to burn the eyes. :>
