I've noticed a few people posting text files that have those annoying little question mark symbols. There's a way to post text without getting those. This shows you what settings to use. These are Word 2007 settings but the same settings in a different program will also work.

Steps:
Open your document. (unless you already have it in front of you)
Open the menu and click "save as".
Select "plain text" as file type.
When the next window pops up use "other encoding" and select Unicode (UTF-8) from the list.
Click OK and then it's ready to post on FA.
