I have it around MY ARM less than 3 h, activating it between like 20 mins and already is super unconfortable xp barely can move the left arm, and hurts all the time xp

Yes! You know its name. The system used to be hy000ge, a big cabinet of electronics and mechanical junk on a cart. 45 years or so I used to have to drive a friend 35 miles to stay hooked up to it overnight. Today -- it's a small portable box. Still a pain in the heck!
