Fantasie was sent to the Menagerie by Selene, who encountered her wandering aimlessly through the Pokemon World. She had vague memories of a human she once spent time with, and Selene, being wise in her ways, decided to reconnect the two.
Fantasie still has a lot of potential within her, as she has yet to master all of the abilities inherent to her species. Her specialties seem to lie in transformation, and size-changing abilities.
She's made close companions with Essy and Elsie here, and enjoys such pleasures as canned fish, and sushi when possible.
