The last few days have been difficult.
Mentally my heads a mess, my heart is a mess...everything feels too much.
Then I received news, my best friends cat passed away. I've looked after him many times, he was a good boy and a furry little saint.
Depression has hit hard for many who loved him. I'm worried for my friend, worried about so many things going on...I feel angry and upset.
Frustrated and other things in my life, including PTSD rearing its ugly head in nightmares and terrors...fighting my BPD, my Psychosis...fighting and keeping things inside.
I keep crying out of pure pain and such confusion.
I don't know how to feel and its all bubbling up, n' over.
