Isometric overview of HHG or Henesys Hunting Grounds done in SketchUp 3D.
There are a few non-canon floating platforms which the player can use to their advantage which are NOT breaking any game play meta that I am aware of.
One of the more obvious ones is the small plat on the 2nd floor farthest to the right, behind the hay bales which allows ranged attackers (archers, assassins, magicians and gun slingers) to remain untouched by the mobs and yet attack back, unhindered by shot angles too obtuse, such as when a monster is so close and practically underneath the player standing on a hay bale. The player could simply jump off said bale and onto the custom plat to the right, and continue shooting the monsters in the shadows of the bales and not need to deal with the silly RnG based knock back system which for very low level characters was a nightmare to deal with!
The other two are the small platforms slightly below and in front of the 1st and 2nd floors, each with their own climbing rope that like the far right plat, allows ranged players to stand off from the monsters, and attack while being untouchable.
Though I should point out that the 4th unusual platform far above the 3rd floor IS CANON. The rope climb to said upper platform actually works as a portal, sending the player to HHG2 or the 2nd series of floors similar to HHG1 as seen here, to avoid over crowding which HHG1 is susceptible with so many newbie and lower levels trying to hunt and level up. Typically players rarely see the mostly hidden 4th platform rope climb due to the warping to the next zone happening so quickly. Some players have found out however, usage of consumables will cancel out the zone warp trigger, and allow players to actually climb all the way up the rope and stand on the 4th platform. A LOT of cool kid players often just spam low level potions and pop out a Relaxer Chair and just sit up there for the LOLz! I was no different. xD
So then, this is HHG by me, done in SketchyUpy for the fuzzy nostalgia feels.
Henesys township, and its associated hunting grounds 1 thru 3 belonged... still?... probably still... idk... the Wizards of Wizet and publisher Nexon of South Korea.
