Description:
A Parisian-born frog girl named Roxie Dartz had moved to America, but it was not a result of her exile. She was only kicked out of her home city just for nearly beating her rival to death in the national bodybuilding competition, so she still had freedom to roam around France whenever she wanted.

To begin with, Roxie had long been intrigued by the punkish and imposing lifestyle since her childhood exposure to one night she attended the concert, where a certain punk band appeared so large, muscular and intimidating yet they played so gracefully and hypnotically. This inspired her enough to be as a big as that punk band as soon as possible, even when she went as far as recklessly risking detention and harming her own classmates back in high school.

As she reached her age of 20, she became a bodybuilding symbol known across France, not just in Paris, with multiple awards she had so far. However, there came her soon-to-be rival named Veronika Drakovish, the Russian bat girl Roxie used to bully before, who also spent years training to become as big and imposing as Roxie. In matter of several months, Veronika managed to win in bodybuilding competitions so many that she had even replaced Roxie's status, which in turn drove the frog girl into beating the crap out of her nemesis. Unfortunately for Roxie, this all went according to Veronika's plan, which was to make the frog girl look so bad that she had move out of Paris as punishment, even if it meant threatening the bat girl's life, and by consequence this very incident had sealed Roxie's fate, all thanks to her predictably unrestrained recklessness. To top it all off, Veronika had also brought a syringe mixed with equal levels of cortisol and its antidote, and injected it into Roxie's arm, and in few days triggered a painful muscular atrophy, reducing Roxie down to her lean but adequately athletic build. Although Roxie was incredibly ticked off at Veronika for taking away her big muscles and her status, and rightfully so, she had also understood that the bat girl only wanted her to suffer the consequences for bullying the weak, instead of literally taking her out of competition for good. Veronika simply wanted Roxie to change for the better, and the frog girl was more than happy to do so, but unfortunately not in the way the bat girl so wanted.

This resolution came to a head with a coincidental airing of the so-called MALAKAS Project from the United States, starring Timothy Soro who promoted the benefits of joining the project, and one of which was the permanent muscular state, which caught Roxie's attention. Within a week, she borrowed some cash from her parents and packed up her things before going into Santo Tomas, California via San Francisco.

By the time she started training in Mt. Tingganda Military Base, a main site for the MALAKAS Project, Roxie seemingly refused to change her ways, as if she lacked discipline from her parents to begin with. Beating down fellow recruits outside her training just because she felt like it was the huge no-no frowned upon by almost everyone, but it was such a common thing committed by other power-tripping players across the mountain base, that the project supervisor Christopher North had to hire sensible and competent Super Soldiers as guards, so as to prevent such a repetitively abused crime. Although Roxie for some reason managed to avoid getting punished for her shamelessly arrogant behavior (let alone getting caught), she began to fear that she could get dishonorably discharged without getting the chance to earn the Juggernaut ability, forcing herself to undergo self-control through few books provided by her former school teachers.

At the end of her stay in the mountain base, she became a Super Soldier and managed to get the Juggernaut ability, just as she all wanted, quite enough to beat Veronika off her competition. But despite having achieved her goal, she somehow managed to keep her self-discipline facade still, which was why she had gained so many fans across the mountain base. Even the project supervisor was so impressed with such an improvement, that he wrote her off the blacklist out of respect, essentially legitimizing her honorable discharge. The only person left with ire against Roxie was Timothy Soro himself, who was both astonished to see Chris so easily fooled and disgusted to look past her seemingly friendly facade. In fact, a night prior to her departure, Timothy forcibly dragged Roxie to the lone watchtower, where he used his influence to not only control her arrogant behavior, but to also make her his evil minion, tasked with one purpose: help him turn everyone in the world into bodybuilders. Once sporting a grim smile, Roxie received dozens of muscle growth serum, and Timothy ordered her to refrain herself from participating every bodybuilding competition and to instead create and form her own army of new and young bodybuilders to do so on her behalf, especially given her current reputation over the very incident she caused.

As soon as she arrived in Cannes, she made her first move by recruiting young locals (who also happened to her fans) to her fray. She also recognized a dozen of her classmates she once bullied back in high school, and so used her newly gained influence from Timothy to forcibly corrupt them. After another week, Veronika would receive a couple of images of those former classmates from Cannes, and to her horror, they all became evil, smug and muscular, all posing alongside Roxie. This did not deter the bat girl though, and so gathered a couple of friends, sensible fans and trainees alike to better prepare for the worst coming from the frog girl.
