Its a metaphorical poem, that sometimes when we dream we receive the answers that we seek. Water represents an idea, or a dream, that even though its risky to reach for it, or just something that you think its out of reach. Its better to have a dream, then to do nothing. Live for dreams sake, and dream because you can....
