Moira Smythe or Mitzy her aunt normally nickname her, is your typical female canine who enjoy being adorable and feeling cute the same time. She is part of the Smythe family, being the daughter of Izzabella Smythe. Mitzy isn't allow to take part of the academy yet, since she isn't gifted yet with any magic abilities. Mitzy normally stay with her grandmother and aunt who watches over her, Mitzy does the best she can to help her grandmother and aunt whenever she at their stores. She tend to be a bit clumsy at time, and sometimes mooning at the costumers since she tend to be half naked at time. Mitzy does care about her mother very much, the same way her mother care about her as well. She get extra excited to see her mother come to visit from the Academy, and both of them do some fun stuff together by reading books, or watch some anime that Mitzy discover from the internet.
