Oof the lighting on this. So at first I wanted to do a spotlight type look, then I wanted to have the car shine a bit more whilst adding final lighting details to the characters whilst keeping the background dark and mysterious (For a reason…) and turns out the texture I used for the floor was shiny like a mother. In fact I WAS gonna go turn down the shine of the floor before I rendered this piece but I totally forgot, leading to this render.
Overall, I think it’s fine. I tried to add a bit of green in aftereffects to make it seem…alien… and out of this world… so the light emitting isn’t typically you’re average bulb light if you will, but more extraterrestrial. 👽
Might follow this up in future photos…maybe convert the story into a macro/micro storyline. Who knows.
