At last. After so long, this guy is finally done! Only took me until the 3rd of February to FINALLY come up with his designs. Why am I so excited?

Because Jazz here is one of my oldest and longest-standing OCs. I first made this guy way back in early 2011 and I've drawn tons of comics of him through my middle school years but afterwards he slowly faded away. I've had trouble trying to make this guy stand out for years due to my indecision with his design and now with his new and redesigned form I've finally succeeded! I do realise there's a JSRF character called Jazz but really her design kinda felt boring to kid me so naming this guy Jazz and making him look extra interesting just felt right to me.

Jazz is the mayor of Ryuka, the city in which Street Soul takes place. He's a benevolent and creative guy, equally mysterious too! It's his sudden disappearance and the Darkstone Police taking power that caused Ziyo to form the Tagger Team and take to the streets with graffiti can and rollerskates! Even as they search for Jazz to restore freedom to Ryuka, the Tagger Team have nothing but faith and goodwill for him in their hearts, with most of them seeing him as their hero.

And why not? Jazz teaches that anybody can shine and many kids grew up missing almost no episodes of the big guy's show. And with his disappearance Ziyo is taking it real seriously. Luckily, him and the Tagger Team have the help of Street Soul Radio as well as the likes of Puff Plum, Squat, R-Cade, and Hexa.
