i had to rebuild his whole engine my self, i had no idea what i was doing and it took me six months do to it i never want to work on a truck again or a car!

Are you rebuilding the flux capacitor? If you don't replace the apex seals in them often there catalytic converters can go bad causing valve collision. Bad stuff. ._.
