"Life is a pure flame. I wield that flame."

Vulcan is a doctor and combat medic. Vulcan is a 41 year old man, like his twin brother Sentry. He is a genetically altered human who had rat DNA merged with his own, causing him to gain the rat's photographic memory, strong sense of smell and physical superiority.

This image is of him wearing what would be considered his default skin, a fireproof jacket, heat resistant gloves, a blue flannel shirt and jeans with suspenders. He's also wearing size 13 sneakers. His facial expressions show off his grumpy and irritable demeanor. His "Apollo Flamebelcher" is a custom design. It has a two trigger system.

The orange trigger shoots regular orange flames. The green trigger shoots green flames that heal even the most grievous of wounds and damage. The fuel tanks are filled with fuel and are resistant to damage. Inside the tanks is a bladder made of Kevlar and ballistics material that is extremely difficult to breach. The small tank on the flamebelcher itself is filled with a mixture that changes the ignited fire into the healing flames, released by pulling the green trigger.

The orange button on the rear of the tanks dissipates built up heat from the flamebelcher and uses it to generate a barrier. This barrier surrounds Vulcan in green flames. When it takes enough damage, it explodes with orange flames, hurting nearby enemies.
