My 3rd time drawing this piece, funnily enough i had only played through Twilight Princess for the first time a couple years ago, didn't stop me from being obsessed with Wolf Link as a kid ;w;
Now though? DEF top 3 Zelda games, i continue to be obsessed

I can definitely see the improvement. The fairy's natural glow providing some nice blue lighting as well, though using a red healing/revive fairy would certainly change the tone/mood of it, more aggressive I would say. (Now I have the fairy fountain tune in my head) Wolf Link's eyes do look very pretty here, and I agree with your sentiment of him. Wolf Link is best boy. (Even had him as a villager in Animal Crossing New Leaf, with the (wolf) link amiibo.) I hope you had a Happy Valentine's Day.

Aw thanks a ton! I think since as a kid i hadn't played Twilight Princess and searching up Zelda on google often shows Navi, young me didn't know she wasn't from this game lol but it's still a nice vibe for the piece. I did a purple/pink version that does align with the health fairies too! Shoutout to the fairy fountain theme it's rlly good <3

I think mine was good.... Don't really remember... I enjoyed seeing people's themed art for that day at least, which added to it being good.
Fun fact I forgot to mention in my first comment, a blue fairy does show up exclusively in the Wii version of Twilight Princess, known as "Cursor Fairy" (acting as the in game cursor of the Wiimote) that you can have fly around screen and helps with aiming. So yeah, still counts.
