Tial makes for a good doctor here, both with the smaller patients like the kobold whose around the same size and for taller patients like our old avian friend, just a case of standing on the bench. I imagine they'll have a quietly professional style though calm and caring but not afraid to give a bit of a stern lecture if it's a result of foolish misadventure or a patient refusing to follow advice.
