There's nothing about this character that would make anyone think he's a "Hellsing universe character," because I wouldn't even know how to imitate the manga/anime style. However, I tried to use elements that I find common in Hellsing: wearing gloves, a hat (an ushanka, in this case), a overcoach, and long hair.

Anyway, I think it would be perfectly plausible if there were also Soviets fighting the Nazis, so I made one. I haven't made a decision about whether he's a vampire or not.
