February 12th: The Rainy Day Hero was born. So to celebrate, Mark took Tsu out for a special date, while the rest of 1-A prepared a special party just for her. However, their date took a slight detour when their trip to an amusement park was interrupted by up and coming villain, "The Balloonist".

Jumping into action, Mark and Tsu went to stop The Balloonist before he could cause anymore havoc around the park. But during the scuffle, the buoyant baddie attempted to use his "Balloon" quirk to immobilize him. However, Tsu pushed him out of the way, and took the shot for him instead. Acting fast, Mark tied Tsu down before her blimped up body could carry off into the sky, and then quickly incapacitated The Balloonist before waiting for the authorities to arrive.

The date then resumed as normal... sort of. The "Balloon" Quirk didn't seem to wear off instantly, making their day out a bit more cumbersome due to Tsuyu's large yet lighter form. The froggy hero was a bit embarrassed by her current situation, especially with no clear indicator if the effects would wear off... but a small, comforting kiss from Mark was enough to sooth her worries. Holding her tight, Mark walked off with Tsu happily floating right above him...

Despite everything that had happened, she knew that Mark was going to do whatever it took to make sure she still had a Happy Birthday.
