What do we have here? TC and Doran waiting to get a pedicure and paw-rub at Nami Strongtalon's stall in Gladium Canon, Black Citadel (Guild Wars 2). TC and Doran may not be from Tyria, but they do frequent it! And what better way to enjoy time with the charr than getting one's paws tended to. Nami runs the stall as a service for all charr (and friends). :)

OMG... to say Doran and I are happy with this is an understatement! This incredible piece, which I've uploaded at full res for ya to enjoy, is by Jocarra. We provided her a couple ideas for the image back in December when she opened for commissions, and wanted her to run with the one she liked best, and this was it! Her stunning ability to do realism is just... wow. Thank you SO much Jocarra, this is just beyond incredible! Doran and I got this to celebrate a long, dear friendship fun RP. The Artist: Jocarra was one of the early Artist interviews I did in the Paw-Post! Almost 10 years ago now (eeeesh), but if you have not read it, it's in journal form here: https://www.furaffinity.net/journal.....1/#jid:7113482 This was before the Paw-Post became a cleaner/nicer looking Google Doc. Still, have a look (scroll to the bottom) if you're curious!

Doran's Scales: Quite likely the most detail you've ever seen Doran in, this may actually be the last time you see the sweet floof with scales! As of this year, he is under-going some sort of magical on-going floofication that will be changing the scaled areas to velvety short fur.

Nami's Stall: In RP lore, Nami is a small charr that setup the shop after leaving the legions due to the death of a mate. She began it as a tribute to her mate, who loved paws, but certainly came to love them herself. She gives a charr a wash, works on the pads with a pumice stone, files the claws, trims the fur then applies an oil to the pads to help keep them healthy and soft, which she then massages in. After the massage is done, she wraps the paws in wet hot-towels for a few minutes for the oil to do it's thing. :)
