"I'm moving to position!"
The KSTAR-600 is a shoulder-mounted 36mm cannon developed by Adargeon. Its main purpose is to provide units of a squad with enough firepower to eliminate heavily armored targets with direct strikes while providing tactical fire support while engaged in it's "bombardment mode".
The canon accompanies an automated reloading system that allows the gun to fire the same type of ammo once every 1.5 seconds and every 3 seconds in bombardment mode.
The mechanism draws from a large armored backpack that stores 65 of various types of compact caseless ammunition designed for different purposes. To operate this 115 kg (253,5 lbs) weapon system, the soldier is equipped with an advanced exo-skeleton featuring reinforced transport leg supports, spine support and specialized arm actuators, ensuring stability and mobility under the immense load.
